  • “ A wee bird sings…” operates a NO RETURN policy.  However if your order has been damaged in transit or is of an unsatisfactory quality, a replacement item/ or refund will certainly  be issued within 30 days (photographic evidence will be required prior to replacement dispatch).  Please contact via aweebirdsings@gmail.com to avail.

  • All products aim to be dispatched within 7 days (no later than 30 days). Depending on product, dispatch times vary. Shipping via Royal mail, “a wee bird sings…” is not liable for any third party delays

  • Products can be adapted with one name and one date only. Products can also be adapted with a chosen Bible Verse. “ a wee bird sings…” has the right to refuse any requests and also those that contradict the owners Christian and moral beliefs.

  • We may terminate your access to the Site, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with this site. All provisions of this agreement that, by their nature, should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

  • The company reserves the right to change these conditions from time to time as it sees fit and your continued use of the site and purchase of goods will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms.
